"Scam company. Avoid!"

Worst airport service I’ve ever used. Said that they had showed up to pick me up and I wasn’t there (when I was standing in my driveway) They then said they would send the driver back, but didn’t send anyone back- after I chased it 20 minutes later they informed me they had changed their mind and weren’t sending anyone… which meant I missed my flight. Will never use again. Terrible service. Possibly even a scam.

Received confirmation on 17 July 2023 of my Gatwick airport pickup for 29 July 2023. We were coming from holiday in Italy. On late afternoon on 28 July they sent email simply saying my booking had been cancelled!
I tried calling but nobody was answering. Extremely poor customer care. Actually, non existent! Use them at your own peril.

They are used by booking.com BEWARE. Driver woke me up calling me while I was in Spain because he was at the airport a day early. The next day the driver was late and then drove badly, regularly crossing the white line in the road and flashed by other drivers. This company should be investigated. Not reliable and not safe AVOID.

Had an issue with my flight so I cancelled but an hour later the problem was resolved but they refused to reinstate the booking and kept the £200 pounds I had paid. I asked the representative several time if she would help me but it was a definite no. They had the money whether they did the job or not so not interested in doing the job and didn't even offer any discount on a new booking. Wouldn't use them again
