Ordered trainers - they sent wrong size. Customer service less than helpful and have to wait 2 weeks (on receipt of returned goods) to receive my
Money back. Complained only to receive a robotic std poor response.
And this was all after having to send them photos of their mistake!
First and last time ordering anything from them

This was not an unwanted purchase, the shoes were absolutely not of the size stated. I tried to get them on, they wouldn't fit. This demonstrates that they don't read or respond properly to their customers. (merely copy and paste replies) They use hidden T&C to resort to when a customer has a legitimate problem to avoid making a full refund. Who wants to be signed up to incessant emails from what appears to be an uncaring business. I strongly recommend and advise you shop elsewhere with another seller, who has a genuine wish to have satisfied and happy customers.
