Great communication in advance about how the job would be carried out, and it was done that way, when the two man crew came out to actually do it. We had some fledgling Pigeons that they couldn't get to, so they went away and came back after a week by which time they had flown the nest. We were massively impressed by that because it would have been easy for them to have attempted bad kills, or even just sealed them to their fate under the solar panels. Once that metal mesh is on, no larger birds are getting in or out. We had a different crew on the second visit, but both crews were a credit to the business. Both crews were thoroughly kind, helpful and explained all the options and what they could do. I thoroughly recommend this outfit, if you have a Pigeon problem under your solar panels.
