Had my triple glassing fitted 9 years ago best thing I ever did but sadly 3 panes had broken down. One phone call and a visit from jack and new panes ordered and 2 weeks later all fitted fantastic service would highly recommend them thank you Jack

From start to finish our experience with roofriendly was amazing. Rob came and gave us a quote for solar panels with battery and we decided to proceed. Ever went exactly as arranged from the scaffold arriving to the two lads who came to fit the panels it went without a hitch. My husband and myself are in our 70s and not very computer savvybut we needn't have worried we were talked through the registration and the application of the app to help us see how we were running was great. Even Rob himself came round just to check we were coping with the technology side of things. "They insult you and swear at you"

A coldcaller from Roofriendly knocked on my door today. When I declined to accept his leaflet, he used a barrage of expletives at me, including calling me "a fat c***." Nobody should have to deal with this behaviour on their doorstep

"The most sexist company in Lincolnshire?"

I was really happy with the product and the fitting and fitters but the sales are both inefficient and heavy handed.
It's also the most hilariously sexist company I've come across in years! Feels like they're selling a product to clean living American housewives of the 1950s! Quite bizarre.

"Roofreindly did some work for us…"

Roofreindly did some work for us 18months ago and the after care has been appalling. As previously reported not responding to emails and phone calls. And not delivering on promises. Seems once the money was banked for initial work done, hands washed and not interested. We have now had to go to an alternative business to rectify the problem. Very disappointing
