Purchased watch on line, was contacted and advised that the strap on the watch was incorrect for the deployment clasp and they had fitted an equivalent replacement. When the watch arrived the strap dimensions were for a small wrist and I was unable to wear the watch. I spoke to a member of staff who advised me he would contact the seller as they were selling it in his behalf to see if he would make a contribution toward a replacement strap but refused.
I was left with 12k watch that was unwearable and it was decided to return the watch for a refund.

I bought a used Cartier watch a few months ago from Parkers in Sheffield and found a couple of weeks later that there was a problem with the date advance. I rang the company and explained the problem and they asked me to send it in. After verifying the fault they sent the watch on to the UK Cartier authorised repair service where it was repaired and fully serviced. It was then returned to me by special delivery. I am very impressed with the service I received, there was never any hint of reticence in getting the watch properly sorted. Excellent customer service, highly recommended.
You only really find out how good a company's customer service is when there is a problem - Parkers surpassed expectations!
