My move was a complicated 3-parter. It involved taking plants & trees to one address, putting my furniture into storage & then a move up to the NW at a later date.
I was impressed initially by the 'can do' attitude of Mitch & his attention to detail & communication updates. That carried through on moving days to his whole team. Potential problems such as huge bay trees, pots & ferns were whisked into the van a few weeks ago & transported to the NW. Then everything else was speedily & carefully wrapped for storage by 6 careful, efficient & good humoured people on moving day. It's been the least stressful part of moving house!

Mitch and the team at MLW are fabulous . Great communication ,super organised and nothing too much trouble . Ours was a big move but team packed over the two days and really took all the worry off my shoulders . So friendly and helpful . Also paid for the cleaning service which I also highly recommend- the house was spotless for its new owners and took away the stress .

We all know how stressful a move can be and considering that my wife and I are retired and packed up the house contents ourselves, we needed assurance that the actual move would be handled well. Getting Mitch on board was the best thing we did as his team of lads (Ashton, Ali, Geoff, Delvin and Alan) were the hardest working, kind and considerate people you're likely to meet. Nothing was too much trouble and everything went like clockwork, even when faced with an issue at our final destination. These lads are more than just grafters ...... they are a pleasure to be around. Thank you all for making a difficult day a success. Highly recommended.

Our experience of MLW removals has been nothing but superb. From the initial visit from Mitch working with us to make a plan for removal day, to the day before having the team come and pack for us and finally the moving day. They were excellent. Delvin, Geoff, Alan and Ali were so friendly so professional made the day very easy. I could not recommend them highly enough.
