Safefoam are a perfect example of good old fashioned customer service. I wasn't sure which model of Ercol chair I had but identifying the right one was critical when ordering new cushion pads and covers. The team took the time to correspond with me over email to establish exactly what I needed and once we had pinned down the model they supplied new pads and made covers in fabric I supplied and quicker than the timescale specified. The young lady who actually made the covers phoned me to check which way round I wanted the fabric. All in all the attention to detail was superb. I can't recommend Safefoam highly enough.
