My daughters IPhone-X needed a new screen so we decided to try this company in Llanelli. We were given two prices (1) to replace with a genuine iPhone screen would cost £220 or (2) to replace with an aftermarket screen for £90. We decided to go with the 2nd option and paid a £10 deposit for the screen to be ordered. Once it arrived, we dropped the phone off in the morning and collected later that afternoon. All in all, it was great service, affordable and the phone is looking like new with its new screen. Because we went for the cheaper screen, he advised us to consider a protective screen to keep it safe from damage. I would have no hesitation in returning to this company for future repairs.

SCREEN REPAIR WILL VOID WATERPROOF OF APPLE WATCHES WITH THIS COMPANY
In June I took my watch to this business due to a cracked screen, they charged £70 which I thought was a good price, I left it there and collected the next day.
Just under a month later the screen became loose so I text and they said to bring it back in, not a problem, I took back in they said it was unusual which I took at face value, when collecting I mentioned to the owner due to Covid It was lucky I hadn't taken it swimming. nothing was said.

This is where the issue start just under another month the screen came loose again, obviously I wasn't happy so I text them again, this time on the text mentioning it was lucky I hadn't gone swimming......at this point they texted me back that the seal as been broken by the repair and it was no longer waterproof.....that Apple do not guarantee waterproof after a year and that it wasn't waterproof when the screen was cracked..... I was shocked, but not has shocked as when I took it to the shop to discuss where the shop assistant told asked me if I had a brain as it states it not waterproof in the frequently asked questions, I debated with the owner that something as WaterProof is a fundamental reason why some people like myself buy an Apple watch.
He offered to repair the screen, held it for a week before calling me to tell me there was another problem....related to screen coming off, a connector had come off, he offered me £30 for him to keep for spares.
So in essence I got a watch that no longer had a screen attached, that also doesn't work, with zero accountability from the company that fixed it......and if I knew it wasn't waterproof after repair I would never had it repaired.
At no point in the ordering process does it state that the repair will void, the owner agreed when I collected and stated he would be changing his website.........Ironic he agrees he should but not accountable when something goes wrong twice with a repair his business did
Updated owner refunded £70 and brought old watch for £30 hence review moved to 3 stars

Great service, friendly staff, got my Apple Watch screen fixed as my son dropped it on the pavement! But now it looks as good as new. Would recommend :)
