Ordered boots from MI supplies, reasonably priced amd they covered VAT and taxes on orders under 150. Delivery to Ireland was under 10 pound 👍 I then got an email about an import charge from customs and DHL. To my surprise after paying this MI supplies stood by there word and gave me full reimbursement of the customs charge as my order was under £150. Great service and very easy to deal with. Will certainly be using them again in the future 👍

"Falsely selling work footwear"

Bought a pair of waterproof work boots from mi supplies. Boots are far from waterproof. Company is falsely selling "waterproof" work footwear. Contacted them via email but obviously led me along for a few weeks pretending to be dealing with my query of question the quality of their footwear until they finally dropped communication. Very poor after service would not buy from sire again.

They refunded the delivery charges, gave me a link for free returns with Royal Mail and kept me in communication with what was happening throughout the process.
