I've been with this bank for just over a year as it has reasonable good fixed interest rates compared to other well known banks. The online service is good but have had a few minor issues re setting up accounts. I've caused customer services once and that was excellent.

"Very Complimated Security System"

To be honest I only have to log into Wyelands once a year to renew my fixed rate bond for another year and I am glad it is the only time I have to do so as Wyelands has the most complicated security system I have experienced. With my other online banks (three) I can log in which takes about one minute tops, with Wylands I am here there and everywhere trying to log in and I always get logged out as it takes so much time to find information they are asking for. Another problem is the screen never informs you that you have been logged out, it is only after being a member for the last couple of years or so I know I have been logged out and then I have to phone the Bank to obtain details how to be logged back in. Then another problem occurs as the office is closed over the weekend to give me the details how to log back in so I was unable to renew my investment until the Monday and to add insult to injury I received an email stating as I had not given them the information they required what I wanted to do with the investment it had been transferred into the account with the least interest. I know security is at the top of all Banks list to protect investments but come on surely there is a better and less detailed system available.
