"Poor customer service"

Three days after accepting my order (and my money!) a rep from vinduo emailed today to say that they didn't have the stock available to fulfil it. This was despite the fact that at the time of the order their website clearly showed that the stock was available. On top of this, vinduo said it would be 5-10 days before I got my money back and if it was delayed beyond then I should contact my bank. I'm afraid this is very poor customer service.
