Peter came to fix a leaking toilet and leaking shower hose at the flat, and was conscientious and thorough with his work. He communicated with our flat each step of the way and did a fantastic job with both fixes, even cleaning up the workspace afterward. Most recently Peter’s replaced a thermostat in my tenanted flat but he’s basically looked after every single property-related issue I’ve had for the last 10+ years and, at this point, feels like extended family. Always the best price, service and value, he’ll go above and beyond whenever something’s urgent. From replacing faulty boilers and outdated gas hobs to sorting out gas & electricity certificates to overseeing an almost entire redecoration of my flat earlier this year after tenants had destroyed the place, providing a detailed report that I could submit to the Tenancy Deposit Scheme, he and NP Trade do it all. Can’t recommend them enough.

Amazing job. Very friendly and efficient. Good communication. Very clear with the instructions after the work has been done. Thoroughly cleaned everything up after too so you’d never have known a days work had been done! The water is so much better now than it was before.
