When buying a puppy the service is amazing and the process is really great and people are very attentive. Calls are returned and messages because they want you to buy the puppy. However once the puppy arrived I called for help on something that was needed for paperwork purposes even sent a email. Until this moment in time I have not received any information on what I asked for, hence they only care about selling the puppy's and whatever happens to them after it is the new owners problem.
