Ordinai un pacco che arrivò in ritardo,lo credevo smarrito, poi lo ritrovai ma essendo stato bloccato in dogana dovetti pagare costi aggiuntivi, ma alla fine riuscii comunque a recuperarlo, avviso solo di stare attenti ai pezzi in vetro perchè sono tutti avvolti e protetti ma non tutti possono essere sigillati e farli scivolare via è un attimo!
Del resto tutto okay, penso sia uno dei siti migliori per i prodotti che vendono ed i prezzi che fanno, perciò sono molto soddisfatto, loro di stash shack sono bravissimi!

Received my Ispire Wand super fast but one of the accessories was broken, the rim had snapped off an inner bowl. They responded to my msg within an hour (found it in my spam folder,) had me take a pic, and emailed me a tracking number for a replacement the next day. Great service twice!!!

UFO induction heater was damaged during shipping. The camera on my phone doesn't function, so I can't get a replacement. Best part is I used sezzle, so I get to be reminded it of for the next several weeks.

Stash shack was a quick delivery. I wasn't sure how well it would do because I don't trust USPS within Ohio. From a territory in the Atlantic? It got here quickly 3 days I think.
The item, a UFO induction heater has been working well so far. Unable to swap out the insert. It is in there tight. It does the job though.

I received the product and noted some minor damage. I sent email and *thought* they never replied but it turns out I had just missed it.
Not only did they clear up the problem but they even refunded some of the purchase price for my trouble! It was such a good experience that I just had to come back here and fix my review. Thanks to Thr Smoke Shack I got myself a gorgeous new piece at a screaming good price.
