Went on sunday to buy a car, checked it previously on autotrader to make sure it has all the bits I like, checked AGB CARS on reviews and I was impressed to see how good they are at delivering a marvellous shopping experience for their customers so I embarked on this stressing quest of getting the right car from them.
I got there quite late, pleased to say that they waited for me and I didn’t get rushed even though they were well over their closing time.
Sales person offered me a test drive which I took them up on their offer and 10 minutes later after sitting down and talking about the car and looking through paperwork I was happy to see that they serviced the car themselves before sale, had it MOT’d with new pads and discs it was a no brained for me - SOLD!

I have purchased a Land Rover Evoque for my daughter as her first car from AGB .
Sales team was amazing! Friendly, efficient and nothing was too much trouble.
I did not feel as though I was getting the “hard sell” treatment in fact the opposite.
Great customer service experience
I will be returning next week for a BMW for my other son :)

Bought a X5 from AGB about 2 months ago. After a few weeks the breaks had started to become spongy and sometimes not work at all. Bought the car back to AGB after speaking to Mihai and they were very understanding and couldn’t do enough to help. They replaced several hoses, pipes and other parts and there was still an issue when I drove the car back. Again they were very sorry and asked to have the car back for a few days to resolve the issue. Bev was brilliant and remembered that we have a large family so managed to get us a 7 seater Discovery Sport for us to use while they worked on the car. They also realised that the front drive shaft was short on life, so replaced this without charge. They even have offered to transfer some funds across for the petrol I’ve used going back and forth. All in all AGB have without a doubt been the most customer focused car sales company I have ever dealt with. Buying cars can be a nightmare but I have to give these guys credit where it’s due, they make the whole process easy and pleasant, but the after care is better than any dealership I have ever encountered. If your buying a car buy here. They are fair, reasonable and honest. They even popped to costa and got me and my son coffee while we waited! Amazing.

Review for AGB Cars
Let's start with the good. The guy we dealt with secondly was very friendly and understanding. That's all that's good about this dealer.
Now the bad... Took a week to view the vehicle as the guy on the phone said his wife was driving the vehicle, which turned out to be a lie as there were only 2 miles added on compared to the photos of the speedometer that were online. when we finally got to view the car on our way to the dealer, he phoned us to say can they have more time to get the car ready as it needed work doing to it. finally getting to view the car it was nothing like the photos, the seat was disgusting and marked up badly like it had done 100,000, not 50,000, with what looked like vomit in the rear seat belt. The front bumper was damaged and had huge panel gaps that I could get my fingers through. The rear sensors didn't work, missing a handle for the boot floor. Also, the smell was horrendous like stale smoke and wet dogs. These are just a few of the many things we found wrong with the car (and we're not even mechanics, so goodness knows what else could be wrong). We brought these to the attention of the dealer, he said that if we buy the car he would keep hold of it and repair the long list of issues, and we'd have to have a loan car for the time. We took it for a test drive, there was an awful knocking noise coming from the front wheel. Got back and told the dealer there are too many problems for us, he didn’t seem shocked or anything. So we believe he knew about the issues but was hoping we’d take the car and not notice anything. Our finance company (we half financed and half p/x) had already sent the money to the dealer (against our advice but that's a different story) after we declined the car he said he’d send the money back on the Monday (this all happened Saturday afternoon) week passed and they hadn’t bothered to send the money back. Which we needed to purchase another car. Our finance company had to send this to collections as they were refusing to send the money back. Lucky this has all been sorted and we are now happily driving a much better car with not one issue.
So my advice to you is AVOID, AVOID, and also AVOID!!!!!

Not recommending at all. Car delivered damaged as they said there is no damage. No support after sale.Kind of cheaters. Stay away.
