Having seen that the house needed repairs Energy Shield offered a suitable method to clean,restructure and protect the brickwork. The journey from the sales pitch to survey and installation was explained well as was the way the job would be carried out and how payments would be made. The dates for installation were easily set and the only interruption was by poor weather. The team of two were polite and respectful of the property and having finished the work gave me the chance to view the improvements explaining what had been carried out during the process. The site was left tidy. Payment was made at the end of each work day by telephone.

Communication was good and the guy doing the work was very friendly.
Not sure how effective this will be to insulate house as yet but it certainly does repel the water from the stone work
