This is the 1st time I've bought a car from them but it won't be the last. From start to finish Connor was great. Very knowledgeable about the car and showed me all the controls before I went on test drive, nothing seemed to much trouble.Rest of the staff seemed very friendly to. Also got a good deal so was very happy.

WHAT A Place. 3rd car I have bought from them and I have to say by far the best company I have ever delt with Sam was on the phone and wats app me a video of the car after my call to them to show me the C4 auto as I live 50miles away across the Humber bridge. The car was really outstanding and was polished with their special diamond bright polish. Not cheap but worth every penny (recommend if you are getting a car as you get a pack of all the products in a case in the boot) Sam rang me to tell me when it would be ready and when would I like to come and collect it ( not like other dealers that say you collect at a certain date and time.
In all a happy customer. So much so I gave the c4 to the wife and went back 8 weeks later to get another car from them a audiA5 this time and same quality of service as always. and have to the best coffee ever...

"Continued Excellent Service"
We have just purchased our second Audi, a Q5, from Just Audi VW, and have also been using them to service our Audi's for the past 6 years. The service received has always been exemplary, and our latest purchase experience has been no different. The salesman, George Ward, was knowledgeable, very polite and conducted the sales negotiations in a very professional and friendly manner. The Q5 was well presented, and once again we were able to undertake a test drive in our own time and spend as much time as we needed looking over the car.
I can't recommend Just Audi VW highly enough. We will be continuing to use them for many years to come. Many thanks George and the Just Audi VW team.

"I purchased a classic car in Just Audi…"
I purchased a classic car in Just Audi VW yesterday. The service I received from Stuart C was second to none, the way i was treated was as if i was buying a Ferrari. Prior to buying the car i was furnished with images of the undercarriage and any other common rust spot and to my joy there was none. My wife ended up purchasing the car without me knowing while Stuart was in on it. I collected the car yesterday and it was more than i ever could have expected. I would highly recommend Just Audi VW as I've never experienced such professionalism and overall service.

"Took my Audi A6 for a diagnostic…"
Took my Audi A6 for a diagnostic (engine management light on and adblue error) on the 27th July and after 1 hour (connecting to a laptop and a software update - dont believe there was any ‘lifting of the bonnet’ ) told I needed an adblue and ecu replacement. The quote provided was c £1300 and told there was a 3 week wait to book in for the work.
My car went in for works on the 16th Aug and garage called to say I also needed a pump so total cost was c. £2000. Apparently the ‘Audi specialist’ wasn’t aware these were not included with the adblue tank on the A6!?
However, there we have an inconsistency of story - told on the phone the workshop was ‘half way through the job’ before getting the call to authorise the additional spend - surely if the pump was ‘missing’ then this would have been identified when the parts arrived before starting the job!?
The garage then refused to honour the original quote because of their oversight or inability to fully diagnose the problem at >£100 initial expense. I find this completely unacceptable and a disgusting level of customer service.
An Audi main dealer quoted me £1900 - £2000 for the same job with only 3 hours labour - whereby I was charged for 5 hours at just vw Audi. As a goodwill gesture I was offered the £100 original diagnostic for free but had I known the total cost at the outset I would have took my business elsewhere.
A complete lack of pricing transparency, poor product knowledge and or an incorrect original diagnostic has resulted in an extremely poor customer outcome and in my view the garage should have accepted their mistake and honoured the original quote.
On this occasion feel absolutely let down by Just VW Audi and if completely honest - feel fleeced.

Just to be clear I mentioned that I wrote the review on trust pilot as I felt absolutely let down by the customer experience and the inflexibility or unwillingness on your behalf to compensate me for what I believe was your lack of product awareness and therefore an inaccurate quotation to remedy my issue. Had you been more flexible (ie offered to meet in the middle on the additional and unexpected costs or flexed your man hours) then I’d have been less inclined to leave my review and express my dissatisfaction here.
Is it ethical to charge > £100 for a diagnostic, make the customer wait over 3 weeks and then sting them with costs c 50% higher than the original quote as you as the Audi specialist didn’t understand the part order for the cure?
Clearly you believe this to be morally justified in your response and expect the customer just needs to suck this up…..

"Exceptional service 👏"
Booked my Audi SQ7 in to have the brake pads replaced as the warning ⚠️ light was on, reception booked me in and pre ordered the parts, I was happy to wait as it was only going to be around 2 hours. The waiting area is great with plenty of seating and free drinks & WiFi if you need it, the showroom and outside areas are kept to a very high standard. Once the car had been repaired reception came over and explained the brakes on the car were fine it was the brake pad sensors that were broken, the garage had already pre ordered the pads for the car but were not needed. What a very trustworthy garage JustAudi VW are and I will be using them in the future 100%. The staff are very polite and very helpful and friendly and the car was washed FOC before being handed back to me. What a fantastic service all round.

I purchased a Range Rover Evoque from Just Audi VW on New Years eve. I can not speak to highly of the whole team. This a company who really care about your experience as customer.
Their was a small issue with my vehicle and they bent over backwards to get it sorted.
I felt very vulnerable purchasing my vehicle. I have had company cars for 20yrs. They was no need for me to be anxious. Just Audi VW could not have done more, I will be back when it’s time for my next vehicle and I do not hesitate to recommend them to friends and family.
A forward thinking company with its foundations set in good old fashioned customer service.

"Audi Q5"
Bought a Audi Q5 on the 10th Jan from a salesman called Adam Kent brilliant easy transaction,worked out a deal.
A few things needed doing to the car before I picked it up ,everything and a little more was completed on it.
Adam was unable to hand the vehicle over so Conner completed that task very polite young man and also picked me up from the train station .Overall an excellent experience will recommend.Thank you gents.
