"Ordered a fruit basket as a thank you…"
Ordered a fruit basket as a thank you for a friends help but when it arrived the pineapple and peach was rotten. Despite phone calls and emails they only replied once asking me for evidence which I sent photos of in my original email. No response so bad customer service. They also added on their photo of the fruit basket a bunch of bananas but this never arrived. Don't order from these people as you will be disappointed. Before posting this review I gave them the opportunity to put things right but they ignored my request.

"Placed the order 4 days ahead of my…"
Placed the order 4 days ahead of my nieces birthday and paid extra for Saturday delivery. Parcel didn’t arrive. Called repeatedly but no reply. Called again next day and lady on the phone said picked up by courier on Friday but appears still sitting in the depot. Finally the fruit arrangement got delivered 3 days late, all withered and with horrible smell and fungus on fruits. Called to complain, left repeated voice messages but no reply or call back.

Wanted to do something different for my daughters 21st birthday, who is in uni in Southampton. Spoke with a very helpfull lady (Emma) who was very patient with me as the line was bad due to my location. Placed an order and it was delivered in 24 hrs for my daughters birthday surprise. She loved it. Thank you so much. Highly recommended.

"Dreadful Communication- To busy for the customers"
This company, I’m not going to lie, the lady I booked with was nice and even offered me a discount but it was only after that interaction that things turned sour. I rang up asking for a copy invoice and to confirm a few details for my event in which I was told someone would send it to me. I was chasing them for 1 whole week, sent emails and phone calls to them asking for it kindly. I was then greeted with a very rude lady on the phone and had me shocked with her mannerism. After finally getting in contact with the owner she, blamed me for being rude to her staff, which I am gobsmacked (I’m not being funny but if you sit down with your staff and ask them if you was being rude to a customer they aren’t going to voluntarily say yes) because all I asked for was a copy of my invoice and if she could get back to me. I was told from her staff ‘she’s busy today so she might call ya tomorrow’ she decided to return my email 2 days before my event and dropped it, because she felt uncomfortable. All I was trying to do is have someone confirm my event, especially since she took FULL payment off me. She was giving me the impression her business was going to take it and not return a service. I really honestly believe you shouldn’t do business with this company, they are unprofessional and unreliable. She still has not given me my refund back! Customers beware!
