I had asked for a substitution which didn’t happen hence the lack of the fifth star. On the plus side have used this company several times and not had a problem!

My daughter and her family live in the southern Highlands in NSW. its so easy to go on the website "A Little Luxury AU) and pick a gift at a great price, and within a few days it's delivered on time I've requested,and beautifully wrapped. Absolutely recommended them. 😍😊

"Sparkling wine and chocolates hamper"

I ordered a hamper containing sparkling wine and chocolates as a birthday gift. As it was near Easter I opted to include a Lindt bunny as well. The hamper was delivered in the promised time frame and I was kept up to date, which was good.
Unfortunately the Lindt bunny wasn’t included. Luckily I checked with the recipient. It was also lucky that she had taken a photo of the unopened hamper as I had to send it to prove the bunny wasn’t sent. They had run out of bunnies so I was refunded instead. This was done promptly.

"Three times in the last two weeks"

Because we live away alot due to work, it is difficult to buy presents in advance. I have ordered 3 hampers in the last few weeks, two for friends birthdays. One hamper arrived on the day, despite all our public holidays this time of year! Her comment was "it is beautiful". The other was also well received, she loved it. The third is for mothers day coming up.
I really like that you can change some of the hamper contents to make it more personal as well. This does allow to also stay in budget which is great, or make it more glamorous.
Easy to use website too. Keep up the good work!
