"I had positive and negative experiences..."

I had positive and negative experiences here. Firstly the staff overall were very helpful. I didn't realise I'd chosen mens sunglasses as they were in the ladies section, I wasn't told this, then once they were ready the prescription didn't suit the curved frame. Then I was informed this is normal with my prescription so had to order and collect a different pair and wait another 5 or 6 weeks to collect. Also I had to chase to see if they were ready to collect.
My reactions weren't tinting much, once I told them, I had to make another appointment for them to put under the sun lamp, when this should have been done when first collecting.
I wasn't impressed with one member of staff, I felt like she had an attitude with me, however when I needed to replace the sun glasses, this member was so helpful.

Pleasure to deal with, excellent price and glasses are perfect in fact I’d go as far as saying the best glasses I’ve ever had.
Definitely my go to for any new glasses.

The new lenses were prepared very quickly and I was kept informed as the order progressed to completion. They were fitted to a pair of my previous frames I had purchased with the shop some while back, but the frames had no issues and were also a designer set of Timberland earthkeepers so I was glad they could be given a fresh lease of life.
Nothing was too much trouble for them and I was treated in a very professional manor throughout the whole process. Excellent service and attention to detail.

My glasses were ready for collection really quickly, and I was sent a text to say they were ready and to make an appointment to go and collect them. I managed to get an appointment the same day and did this online which was really easy. The staff in iWarehouse are absolutely fantastic, nothing is too much trouble for them. I have been a customer for several years now, and won’t go anywhere else for my glasses. Highly recommend them 100%🥰.
