I was skeptical at first about serviced accommodation and shorter term lets but was assured that the additional costs of setup would pay off, which they have. With the right property in the right area, it will certainly pay dividends. Hakim and team are the right people to use if you’re looking to explore or expand into these markets. With larger agents you tend to lose the personalised service required when considered “green”. I’ve been in business 20 years and had experience with many agents. "These guys were brilliant"

These guys were brilliant. Really accommodating and always there to respond and reassure from the moment I booked the accommodation. Hakim and Harry that I corresponded with were brilliant and provided excellent customer service, courteous and helpful every step of the way. I would recommend this agency. The accommodation was adequate, but unfortunately as I had my younger daughter with me, we established it was not suitable for our stay. Nevertheless, the guys were very understanding of to my situation and very kindly issued me with full refund. You’ll be in good hands with these guys :)

"Good level of service"

Good level of service. The Upgrade Authority checked in on us multiple times to make sure everything was alright and if we had any ongoing issues. But I must admit, the facilities were great. Peak location close to everything you may possibly need. Only bad side I must add, our apartment was on the 3rd floor and we didn't know there was no access to lifts so had to carry luggage up the stairs.
