I called up to book a viewing on a property that unfortunately had already been sold. The director Kay, picked up the phone call and was very pleasant and spent time to give me advice on my property that I was considering bring onto the market. Very professional company.

As a professional photographer I was contacted by Kay to undertake a photoshoot and create a floor plan for a property he was marketing.

After delivering the images and floor plan as agreed Kay then cut all communications, refusing to reply to phone calls and emails.

This was in May 2021 and I have still not received payment for my services.

I have had a CCJ successfully issued against Ecohut but they still refuse to pay or even respond.

Avoid this company at all cost!!

After researching the online estate agency market, I decided to put my property for sale through the Ecohut because I liked their principles and I liked the idea of dealing directly with the owner. I had already tried selling privately with no success.

Kay did not disappoint - in fact he went over and above what I would expect from any estate agency - online or otherwise. I had viewings within the first few days of going on-line with the Ecohut.

Impressively Kay vetted the potential purchasers, gave me advice on doing the viewings and chased up various parties for feedback.

After about a month, once the buyers were in place, Kay was swift to action the rest of the sale process through his seamless end-to-end system. This enabled the sale to go through quickly with each stage being transparent to all parties.

Everything was done on-line, no waiting around or having to book in meetings. I also went with Kay's recommended Conveyancers who were not only great value for money but also brilliant to deal with and fast as well!
