"Opening letter which was written in a…"

Opening letter which was written in a frightening way by saying these reports are depressing reading. We asked for a home survey we got a significant defects report. As it happens it wasn't a depressing read. We couldn't talk to the surveyor as it was his last day in the job.
On the good side there were loads of photographs which have proved to be very useful.

Colin Turner was extremely helpful and when I explained we were under some time pressure moved the survey forward and completed the report in good time.
