"They billed my card"

Edit: Finally got this straightened out. Once I was able to contact them, they took care of the issue right away.


They billed my card, but haven’t heard from them except to do this review.

Tried to go back, but it is as if I was never on their site. So, who did I upload my driver’s license to?

Their site also froze when I tried to upgrade to the plastic ID card.

I have been charged but yet to receive my online recommendation. It’s been a couple hours since I registered.

"Never got hard copy of recommendation"

I got my digital copy over email. Informed me hard copy would be shipped in 2-4 business days and a month later no reply from the company and no recommendation. Im very disappointed
