"reasonably good service"

I called mychoice in the evening & soon was given a return call.

The prices are competitive & i bought a washing machine which was offered at the best price on the internet.

Unfortunately those who brought the washing machine didnt fix it since they wanted the old appliance to be disconnected for the installation service to be carried out.

They were adamant they wouldnt disconnect the old appliance.

A bit traumatic & hence we couldnt use the machine straight away as seen on website.

I was told they would refund the installation money back but after a few weeks had to call & remind them following which they then did apologise & refund.

I recently bought a Baumatic wine cooler which is just stunning ! Placed order and was delivered in 3 days ! Only issue that I had that despite living on mainland UK ( free delivery applies ) , due to living in Elgin in the north east of Scotland i had to pay £25 delivery ! I find this very insulting especially when others can offer free delivery to my address !

Ordered a gas on glass hob, best price around by a mile, delivered within a week. Packagaing and goods arrived undamaged, unfortunately the kitchen fitters did damage the enamel around one of the gas burners so they will be replacing it with a new one. Will not hesitate to order again. Hope this opinion/review helps others.

My appliance was delivered and although I had paid for collection of the old machine the guys had no instruction for that. They phoned their boss, who also had no instuctions even though it was written on my confirmation slip!

I had to phone and complain and then a second collection date was arranged.

The buying process was good - the delivery company was not. My Choice were good and the staff apologetic and helpful. it is a shame that the delivery company let you down!

P.S. I think it would be better to find a delivery company who will install it as well.

staff were very helpful. i love my new cooker! the only thing was that the cooker was delivered later than was planned and my husband had to get a friend to help him and the delivery men to carry it into the kitchen. if i was there on my own i dont know how they would have got the cooker in the house .
