Fantastic and professional experience from start to finish. Communication was spot on throughout, the team went through all of the options available to resole my boots and sent me pictures of the different methods of resole. It was a simple process to pack up and send off my boots and then to receive them back. I was kept up to date with the process and my shoes were back within 2 weeks.
