Excellent supply of unique cuts and low sugar meat products that I find difficulty getting from my local co-ops and butchers. Delivery experience was great. Timely and followed instructions. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars, was price, the shipping costs plus the higher costs of super clean meats become very pricey, but they worth it.
