I reached out via chat to ask about a replacement part for my vanity but they completely denied me the opportunity. They said they couldn’t sell me a drawer part without me being the original purchaser. What does that have to do with the fact that I have a vanity of theirs?? I was not asking to get it for free! Poor customer service!

The product I received was inferior to what it was represented to be. It was not real wood as advertised. It was constructed from cheap papery fiberboard materials and—not surprisingly— arrived damaged. It’s useless and feels like it will snap if one looks at it the wrong way. It’s going straight to the trash where it belongs. I can’t be bothered with sending it back. Lesson learned: I will not shop here again.
