"Scam, scam ,scam. "

Your employees are extremely pushy, sneaky, don't take no for an answer, and make customers uncomfortable. They also do not educate customers on the no refund policy that you have in store. You would sell more products if you didn't train your employees to be so pushy, and if you priced your products in an honest way. Also, the collagen peel is a scam... It's made to look like your dead skin is coming off but it's not. There are powders in the ingredients. I just feel so ripped off.

Here is what I have also sent to the BBB:
I was walking through the mall while on the phone and was offered a sample from a saleswoman. I said thank you and tried to walk off but she grabbed my hand and said she wanted to show me her products. She didn't care that I was on the phone and I didn't know what to say and didn't want to be rude. She put the collagen peel on my hands and showed me how it worked. I said that it was very nice but I can't afford it and she asked if I was a Cos t Co member. I said yes... Then she said she can offer me a $200 discount. I still was unsure about purchasing but she kept saying how great a deal it was and that I will love it. I just wanted to leave and knew she wasn't going to let me go easily so I said fine I'll buy it . I was walking around the mall and felt extreme buyers remorse for spending $53 on a skincare product so I walked back 10 minutes later saying I wanted to return it. She said no refunds. Amazing. She never, not once warned me about that. Such a scam!!

Ein Dame drückte meinem Mann die Probe eines Produktes in die Hand und bat mich kurz mitzukommen ins Geschäft, um mir meine Gratisprobe dort abzuholen. Soweit noch alles ok.

Im Geschäft bat man mich in einem Stuhl Platz zu nehmen und begann sofort auf mich einzureden. Der Herr redete ohne Punkt und Komma, versuchte mir eine bestimmte Augencreme schmackhaft zu machen - doch spätestens bei dem Satz "Pflegen Sie sich überhaupt" war mir klar, der hat einen Schimmer von dem was er redet, denn meine Haut ist in einem Top-Zustand und ja ich pflege und das mit sehr guten Produkten.

Da ich seinen Redeschwall nicht unterbrechen wollte ließ ich ihn gewähren und irgendwann "schmierte" er mir diese angeblich ach so tolle AC (mit dem einzigen Collagen, das wirkt - aja genau ;-)) unter mein Auge und trocknete sie mit einem mehr als billigen Ventilator - dabei redete erweiter ohne Unterlass.

Zum Schluss reichte er mir einen Spiegel und ich sah, oh Wunder - genau nichts - eher im Gegenteil -r trockene Haut, die aussah als hätte sie noch nie eine Pflege gesehen.

Er wollte natürlich sofort sein "Wundermittel" verkaufen, doch ich erklärte ihm in genauso zuckersüßer Manier, wie er sie die ganze Zeit mir gegenüber verwendet hat - "Wunderbar, dann werde ich das Ganze jetzt noch eine Weile beobachten und sollte sich ggfs. noch der tolle Effekt einstellen komme ich selbstverständlich wieder ;-)".

Innerhalb von Millisekunden änderten sich Mimik und der Ton - der vorerst ach so redefreudige Herr verlor seine zuckersüße Stimmvariation und redete nur noch kurz, knapp und sehr unfreundlich, ich solle doch tun was ich möchte.

Daraufhin verabschiedeten wir uns, mein Mann war ja Teil des ganzen Theaters, sehr freundlich - uns wurde kein Gruß erwidert, die Tür wurde uns nicht aufgehalten - das Verhalten hatte sich innerhalb von kürzester Zeit komplett gewandelt.

Fazit: Diese aufdringlichen Personen mit ihren schwindelingen Versprechen, die nicht mal vom Fach sind sollten schnellstens aus einer der schönsten Gegenden von Wien verschwinden. Sie sind eine Schande für diese Straße.

Mögen die Produkte sein wie sie wollen - ein Urteil darüber gebe ich nicht ab, weil ich sie nicht kenne.
Das Personal dieser Firma ist unterirdisch und für so eine augenscheinlich hochpreisige Marke absolut fatal, weil man sich hier weder wohl fühlt noch angemessen behandelt wird.

Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren,

ich möchte mich über einen Vorfall beschweren, der sich in Ihrem Geschäft in der Kärntner Straße in Wien ereignet hat. Ich wurde von einem Mitarbeiter eingeladen, um einige Informationen über Ihre Handcremes zu erhalten. Allerdings wurde mir stattdessen eine Augencreme aufgedrängt. Schnell wurde ich auf einen Stuhl gesetzt, die Creme wurde auf mein Gesicht aufgetragen und mit einem Ventilator getrocknet. Dabei wurde mir gesagt, es handle sich um eine Augencreme von 60 ml, die nur einmal pro Woche verwendet werden müsse und für 60 Wochen ausreichen würde. Leider konnte ich die Verpackung nicht sehen, da mir sofort die Rechnung präsentiert wurde und mir keine Zeit zum Nachdenken blieb.

Erst später stellte ich fest, dass es sich lediglich um eine Verpackung von 10 ml handelte und die Creme in einer großen Verpackung verkauft wurde. Ich fühle mich getäuscht und bin sehr enttäuscht von diesem Vorfall.

Ich bitte um eine angemessene Lösung für diese Situation und um eine Erstattung für das falsch beworbene Produkt.

I have been using this product for more than two months now and it has had zero impact on my wrinkles. I think there are many other similar products on the market at a fraction of the price that can work just as well.

De Hermetise puedo decir que sus técnicas de ventas son muy burdas e irrespetuosas. Te dicen un precio exhorbitante, que no compensa la calidad - precio y al final te hacen una aparente rebaja que es el precio real de venta. Los productos en sí, son buenos, pero hay muchas otras casas cosméticas con tecnologías e ingredientes igualmente buenos, que manejan una ética increíble hacia el cliente y no realizan hostigamiento o ventas difusas para engañar al consumidor. Así que no permitan que los engañen, Hermetise es una estafa. Otro aspecto que molesta es la pésima presentación de producto, se dicen amigables con el ambiente, pero envasan en plástico, el empaque es de mala calidad y estéticamente feo. Finalmente son como un fantasma, ya que no encontrarás referencias profesionales de la compañia. No sé sabe absolutamente nada de su historia, de dónde vienen, que tecnologías trabajan, ingredientes y demás. Se trata de una empresa muy joven, que se posicionó en el mercado como una marca de lujo, pero su mercadotecnia y productos ofertados dista mucho de ese alcance. Por favor, a todos los que han sido estafados y encontraron este chat, les extiendo está advertencia, porque acá cabe interponer las denuncias respectivas en las oficinas del consumidor de cada país.

"SCAM- Product Not The Same"

I just returned from Oahu, Hawaii and was approached by a salesman at the Ala Moana Shopping Center. He lured me in and tried the Hermetise product on me. I saw a difference and felt my skin visibly tighten. He also told me he was giving me the product 1/2 off at $399 with something free and then he sold me another cream for 1/2 off at $250. I came out of there almost $700 less, but thought it would be worth it because he said it lasted a year and I could already see a difference after the first application. He also scheduled me for a facial and red light wand therapy for free. However, the guy tried to sell me a $10,000 red light wand. I said "no, thank you." to that. When I arrived home, I applied the cream thinking I would feel my skin tighten and see results like I did the week before. I did not notice any change at all. There wasn't a tightening to my skin and my lines were all there. I feel completely scammed. I would not have purchased the cream if there had not been a difference. The creams he sold me did not have the same effect as the ones in the store.

I had a concerned which was sent via email and the team got right back to me. After talking on the phone my concern was resolved and the wrinkle eraser works like magic!! I would recommend this product to everyone and the customer service is excellent!

Ich wurde überrumpelt und plötzlich saß ich schon am Behandlungsstuhl. Die Beraterin redete schnell und überzeugend. Ich sagte, dass ich oftmals Produkte nicht vertrage. Dies, sagte sie, sei kein Problem. Ich kann das Produkt zurückbringen. Ich fragte ob ich dann das Geld zurück bekomme ins erhielt ein klares „Ja“. 5 Tage danach für ich extra von mir daheim 1 1/4h bis in den 1., der Herr dort sagte mir, dass er das nicht macht, maximal umtauschen auf anderes Produkt. Das war eine blanke Lüge von meiner Beraterin. Ich wurde von dem Herrn darauf hingewiesen, dass dies auf der Anrechnung steht. BITTE, die Rechnung erhält man, nachdem man gekauft hat. Das ist eine Frechheit!!!!

"I was first given a free sample of…"

I was first given a free sample of Hermetise at a resort in Hawaii. I fell in love, but when I went on the website I wasn't prepared for the pricing. However, I believe quality should come at a price so I saved up and nearly a year later purchased my first product directly via the Hermestise website.
I placed the order on January 11, 2023. I immediately received an email confirmation for the order saying I would receive shipping info shortly. A couple days went by and nothing. Then five days. Then six. Finally I decided to reach out and see if there was an issue since I found it odd that a week had passed with no additional contact. I used the live chat option to speak with a customer service rep directly on the Hermetise website. The very first thing the rep typed to me was "what's the order number" not a hello, my name is, thank you for being a customer, nothing. I gave them the order number and the next thing I received was simply, "need shipping address." I was somewhat taken aback with the bluntness, I expected at least a "thank you for that info, could you also provide me with the shipping address please?" But I guess they were trying to save time. I provided the address and explained that I had placed an order a week prior and had not heard anything since. The rep told me that they needed to verify the shipping address since it differed from the billing address. I totally understand this and appreciate them wanting to double check, but it had been a week and I had not received one email or phone call asking for verification. My email and phone number was right on the order confirmation, so they had it all. The rep said they had tried to reach me but I double checked both my email and junk mail and phone records but showed no missed calls, no voicemails and no follow-up emails.
Once I was able to verify my shipping address with the rep I instantly received an email with shipping confirmation.
I am somewhat disappointed with not only the way the rep addressed me in the beginning but also the fact that I paid nearly $400 for a product and no one would have done anything if I hadn't have reached out to find out what the issue was. I would expect much better customer service from a luxury company such as Hermetise. I was a little put off by the experience but thankfully the product is so great I will more than likely order again. I'm just letting you know so this doesn't happen to anyone else in the future. I found that all the product's from Yubari king melon by Hermetice are absolutely amazing and the recent performance of the wrinkle eraser was unbelievable.
I’m completely blown away.
