"It was seamless"

It was seamless. Everything went well except for a couple minor things. Our pick up at the port after our cruise was about 30 minutes late but it was very busy. He was there and visible when he arrived. Our excursion on June 28th of the night in Athens with the Acropolis, on our voucher there were two times 8pm and 630pm. i verified the time with Brooke at Key Tours before i left and she said 8pm was correct. In destination on the afternoon of the 28th i reverified it and he also said 8pm. Well i guess our tour guide was waiting for us at 715. i did get a call to my phone but thought it was spam. I wished he would have texted me or whats apped me. So we lost about 45 minutes of our tour and arrived late to our dinner/show which was awesome. So i guess that needs to be corrected, time of tours in sinc. Other then that it was great as always.

"Italy Vacation"

We used Key Tours on our recent vacation to Italy. I worked directly with Esin Soydemir. She was extremely responsive to all our needs. The itinerary she planned, from the transportation (including private car arrangements) to the hotel to the excursions were well thought out. Great hotels and awesome locations. Convenience of planning our trip saved us a lot of hassle. We had an issue with one of our excursions and working with Esin, she even managed to get us a refund. Will definitely be contacting her for future travel!
