"Please Don't Waste Time And Money there."

One Of the Worst Experience i had in whole life in Online shopping from Here. I Don't know but maybe they will delete this comment. Because these are true but negative comments. I will also share some Proves So keep yourself away and don't do blind trust. I'm going to Share my experience and after order i feel regression of why i ordered here.
So i placed the Order Of 3 Watches and pay full amount in advance. Where as Including (Item actual price, Delivery Charges or Import Fee) . I placed the order from Bahrain and pay them around 96BD. Now what they do...
1. They Don't in contact with their suppliers. I placed the Order of 3 watches, After 10 Days they cancelled one of the watch (Worth of that watch was around 30BD) by saying Supplier don't have it now in stock. So we will refund Your Item Price and delivery charges. I was shocked and then i said ok. They only Refund me 30BD which was the actual price of watch not any delivery charges as their member said.
Point: Here the point You just try to Imagin, You paid the Import fee and Delivery Charges for three watches but after cancelling one watch from there side. How much refund they need to pay? Watch actual Price + Delivery Charges + Import Fee of that cancelled watch. Right? Tell me if I'm wrong But they just Only refund the actual amount of watch and Keep quite SO what can i do? then i wait for remaining 2 Watches.
2. Delivery Time was Wrong. They were gonna deliver the items in 12 days But I Received the delivery after 25 Days. But ok no problem At least i received the Items.
3. Another Shocking thing happens here Now once i opened the Package. One of the two watches was totally dead, mean now I received one defective watch (Worth of that watch was 35BD) and one watch was ok (Worth of that watch was only 19BD) . So I raise the request for replacing that defective item. Microless said, (their courier service (SMSA) they will come and take the defective item from you and deliver that to us) . So i wait and wait . Around 9 Days passed but no one came to me to take that defective item from me, At last i Dropped the item by myself to their courier service (SMSA).
4. That defective item delivered back to Microless. Now what they need to do? they should have asked me either i want to replace the watch or want the refund Amount. But they didn't asked and proceed for refund. And They refund me to Amount of 35BD which was the actual price of that watch.
5. Out of 3 watches , 2 of them are cancelled now what amount they should have to pay me?
- Actual amount of 2 watches.
- Import Fee of 2 watches.
- Delivery Fee of 2 Watches (this can be missed as they can say, Delivery Charges will apply same either you order 1 item or 3. that can be but what about import fee??
6. Now I'm having one watch which actual price was only 19BD but they take from me Around 30BD for that. How stupid i am that i trust them. So everyone be aware while ordering there.

They sold me a faulty product, we have been trying to contact them, after the first email where they asked us about the issue they never replied. It's been over 2 months now

"Avoid buying from Microless - Bad RMA process"

I bought a zumi robot - it was defective, they took so long to take the defective item and replace it, and they said they will replace by a new one, and i received the defective one but fixed, i was promised by a new one - avoid buying from microless and atlab, worth buying from robolink instead!!!

also, the initial delivery for the first item was late and not on time, and customer support isn't cooperative too much.

avoid microless!

"Delays and unprofessional."

I purchased a PC tower from them, price was also not cheap. it was about 25% more then MSRB but I wanted to order from a shop close by rather then US. with shipping difference wasn't much. but they never shipped my item and when I asked when are you shipping they responded with generic message that they will ship same day once they arrange the item. now first question here the item was listed as in stock. how can they don't have it. and if they will arrange it when? I asked them when are you going to ship and no one responded. my guess is just to issue charge back request and also report them to the authorities in UAE.

Update: Feb 20: They have reached out after 4 days. asking for additional amount to pay for shipping. now this is not professional at all. either they cancel the transaction or honor it. They should not ask for additional payment to be made at all. at this point even though the additional amount is only AED 50 it would be cheaper to get it from US. and would've been faster.

So I asked them to cancel the transaction and they did. just waster someone and now I have all parts with me except for the case.

They also take very long time to respond.

"Thanks for the wasted time, money, and the broken keyboard!!"

Trust me…you shouldn’t trust this company with your money or tech. Why? well, it had the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life!! What they did to me was probably illegal and cruel but I chose to let it go because I’m not a problematic person…Im a collage student from kuwait and I bought a gaming monitor, mouse and a keyboard. They contacted me a month later while my items were shipping to inform me that “the ducky keyboard isn’t available so we will replace it with another keyboard” They gave me no refund choice and told me I had to choose another one and when I said I didn’t want it I was ignored so I had to choose another in order to get my order shipped out… What kind of customer service is that? After receiving it I was like “okay fine i have no other option but to accept this and just choose another keyboard” and I asked them if I’ll get the rest of the money that i spent on the other keyboard back and they said “yes but it might take up to 14+ days or 40+ days and i was like okay. And then on the next day of me receiving the keyboard 7 keys weren’t working!!! It was the razer huntsman mini. I contacted the company right away and they didn’t respond until I spammed them for atleast 3 days… And when they did they told me they’ll handle it but they didn’t!! After contacting them on multiple platforms: Whatsapp, Instagram and email, they finally (a month later) told me what they will do about it. They said that if I send them the keyboard they will refund my money and then told me to go to an international delivery service agency which I did, and then I was told that I had to pay a 100 dollar fee just to ship the keyboard back to the UAE when I already paid 66 dollars to get my order shipped here. After that they sent me a document of the keyboard (that I didn’t even want in the first place and told me to take it to the company and that they’ll let me ship it back for free) The company ignored my messages… And I haven’t been able to do anything about it. I got tired from fighting for my money. I will never associate myself with this company again and I advise you to stay away from it because the costumer service is trash and unprofessional. I don’t think they even wanted to give me back my money since the beginning they've been avoiding me and responding to my messaged weeks later…And here I am with a broken keyboard that I’ve been trying to fix for months! 🤡

"Took 7 weeks to give a partial refund... waiting on the rest after 9 weeks"

Purchased a graphics card from here.
Had to return it as it was faulty. Been 9 weeks and only had a partial refund.

Don't buy from here!
