"Bought 5 bottles of Diamond Mist Nic…"

Bought 5 bottles of Diamond Mist Nic Salt. So disappointed. All of them have the same horrible chemical/bleach taste and barely any flavour.

I got Blueberry, Good Ribes, Project X, Pineapple, Coconut and rum and Vanilla Custard. I've tried all of them. All of them will be going in the bin apart from Blueberry and Good Ribes as they are the least insulting and should tie me over until I get back to nicer liquids.

"Do not order!"

Do not order!! Ordered £43 worth and paid next day delivery after a week no items and I’ve emailed them and called them they do respond and are polite but no action taken I have no items and no refund and no idea if this is even legit as they are telling me it’s held at depot and strange they haven’t sent it out for delivery. very very disappointing and feel I’ve been scammed! Won’t be ordering from them ever again

This is the first time I ve ordered from Diamond Mist and my products had nt arrived. I rang them and a really nice man rung me back saying they had been delivered. I had nt received them then but did receive them that day. I found them to be very polite and helpful.

"I have used this company for the last…2-3 years"

I have used this company for the last couple of years with no problems but as with many companys there has been delays on deliveries and after around a week of not receiving my liquid they were very apologetic and said they would send some free liquid to us , after sending a few emails to them then asking for a refund no reply for the last few emails plus leaving voice mails with the customer services telephone number , i think they may have blocked my email address , so they still have my £40 of money which , one very disappointed customer shocking service . It is now 3 weeks and still no liquid .

sold me out of date liquids and have been very difficult in providing a refund. Now also failing to respond to emails. Will not be using again.

"appalling customer service"

Have been using this company for a number of years without any problems, however, the last 2 orders I received for Toonz e-liquid were faulty.

The liquid was deeply discoloured and had a strange aroma and I therefore contacted customer services to advise. Having tried to reach them on the phone for over 48 hours with nothing but an automated message service, I emailed them to highlight the problem. Whilst they rectified the problem on that occasion, it took over 2 weeks to come to a satisfactory conclusion.

I then re-ordered the same product, as I do every month. Only to receive another batch of liquids that were once again deeply discoloured and faulty.

I contacted them via email with the batch number and photo proof in which they replied immediately and said they would get back to me. This was over 10 days ago and despite numerous emails, they haven’t responded.

I will no longer purchase anything from this brand, even from another supplier. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Once your package goes missing, it’s your money gone down the drain.

The only contact you will have with this company is via a gmail account!

"VERY Poor Customer Service...DO NOT USE"

Used this company on a number of occasions with no problem.

Recently orders have been sent but not received, when something goes wrong there is no help from this company, all they are interested in is that they sent the goods and Royal Mail tracking shows as being delivered, they are not interested in helping you or reporting lost delivery to Royal mail.

1 of my orders was returned to them as stated in their EM to me and they informed me they would refund the order (minus postage) but even then they don't do it, you have to continually EM them to get anything done and most times you don't even get a response.

They take your money quick enough but give you no customer service when things don't go as straight forward as they like.

Also their Live Chat is always OFFLINE....

Please don't use this site, you will regret it if things go wrong.

firstly, I have been a customer for over three years and would always recommend them to my friends. That was until something went wrong.

DIAMOND MIST send parcels out and obtain a tracking reference from Royal Mail. My parcel showed as being delivered on the Royal Mail site but this was not correct.

I contacted D.M and advised my package had not arrived and he told me it had, and provided the tracking reference . Royal mail said it was delivered so he didn't care.

I told him it was never delivered to me or a neighbour, but he didn't care and he refused to contact Royal Mail ( which according to the R.M website should be done by the sender not the recipient), so I had to.

It took over four weeks for R.M to interview the post man and they found out the item was sent elsewhere in error.

I got an email from R.M saying the item was not delivered and forwarded this to D.M, asking for my money back.

He point blank refused a refund saying I had gotten my money back already from PayPal, which was not the case.

I did lodge a claim with PayPal but they decided in his favour as he had tracking information.

I sent him the emails from PayPal deciding in his favor and he never replied.

I again went to paypal and they refunded my money on production of the evidence from R.M. 8 weeks after the original purchase.

Diamond mist have made out that I am a liar, and a thief which I have proven is not the case.

Terrible service and a total unwillingness to help out when things go wrong.

All it would have taken was a simple sorry, and him checking the facts, and he may have kept a customer. His attitude however, is totally unacceptable, and he doesn't deserve your money.

Please avoid.
