"Gebruik deze site niet"

Gebruik deze site niet! Ik ben opgelicht. Ik had een hamam geboekt in alanya, maar tijdens het boeken zei ik al dat ik om 17:15 in het hotel moest zijn. Dit moest, omdat er een bus zou komen die mij naar het vliegveld zou brengen. Ik heb het niet gered en heb zelf een taksi vanaf de hamam naar het hotel moeten betalen (ookal zeiden ze dat ze die zouden vergoeden). Vervolgens heb ik ook nog eens een taksi moeten betalen vanaf het hotel naar het vliegveld. Uiteindelijk ben ik 200euro kwijt omdat ik naar de hamam wou. Niet gebruiken!!!

I booked a flight via excursion mania for hot air balloon ride in Cappadocia and later (about 2 hours) I received an email saying my order had been rejected. I was so disappointed!! And with further communication I realised there were NO spots until end of September. I was now annoyed that the calendar did not reflect that at all. Why waste time (and hopes) when you know you cannot fulfil the request.

The tour we took with Excursion Mania became one of the best memories of our vacation. The tour programs were diverse, and the team was very professional. I booked a tour to Kekova, Myra Ancient City with Excursion Mania, Demre. I asked before booking the tour through Whatapps which extra entrance fees I would have to pay. They told me the only the extra entrance fee was for Saint Nicholas Church.

When we went to Myra Ancient City, after I crossed the paying gate, the tour guide told me the entrance wasn’t included in my reservation. The tour guide and the agency never mentioned that to me. The tour guide was really rude to me in front of the group, telling me that I didn’t pay. He never asked to pay any entrance before we entered. He is the one that opened the gate for me to enter.

My experience has been terrible, I would definitely not recommend this agency.

"Fantastic experience "

The trip was amazing! Picked up on time, really friendly people on board, pirates were great and everyone had so much fun.

Only down side was the selling aspect and expensive drinks (but you are told this in advance) and also not being able to jump into the water, like you’d expect.

All in all we had a fantastic time and something we’d definitely recommend to families of all ages.

"Amazing - 100% recommend if you’re visiting Turkey"

I had booked all my Antalya, Turkey excursions (Olympos cable car, Jeep safari, Suluada Islands and Pamukkale) with ExcursionsMania and they did not disappoint. From the pickup to the drop off everything was so well organised and we had an amazing time. The tour guides on the days were absolutely brilliant as well.

I only write good reviews where I see a service as outstanding; and this passed my expectations.

I will definitely use excursionmania again and will recommend to friends and family if they visit Turkey. It would be amazing if you guys were to go international as some point as well.

Please continue the great work!

"4in1 combo tour for my family"

I had booked the 4in1 combo tour for my parents, my sister and me.
I was quite sceptical because I didnt know how trustworthy some random turkish tourist company would be but everything went fine.
Right off the bat im going to point out that we have been ripped off by 11€ in total at the end but it was fine for the experience.
You just shouldn't have too high expectations and you have to be a bit adventurous.
Our bus driver who picked us up didn't know any language we spoke... neither english, german nor Russian. Just turkish which was quite ... interesting.
This was a trend that somewhat continued... sometimes there where guides for several languages but it was not guaranteed, you just have to let go and enjoy the experience.
Furthermore the Standart for safety and comfort might not be what you know from your home country... for example our ziplining harness was linked in and out of the zipline by children that just seemed to ear some money on the side there.
I mean they still did a good job but it's still somewhat scary to see.
Lastly you have to know what you purchased and keep on telling them.
We payed for the quad tour for example and not a buggy tour.
We had to tell our guide twice before he set us up with the quads.
In conclusion I'd say that it's definitely an experience that is somewhat sketchy but still safe.
You're not gonna get ripped of completely and tbh a 4in1 tour for 160€ and 35€ for 8 times water/cola/Fanta and snacks is still a bargain in comparison to other european countries.

Die Reiseführer sprechen hauptsächlich Englisch... mit Russisch oder teilweise auch mit Deutsch seid ihr aber auch ganz gut bedient.
