Sweets are lovely, have order from before, although delivery cost is expensive. Wasnt a choice to change to a cheaper delivery cost, hence the reason for 4 stars only.

Another great order from these guys. Have used them for a few years and have used both their online ordering and visited their warehouse. I now avoid collecting myself, as I bought far too much when I went in person as the selection is even greater than online! Ordered at the weekend and received Tuesday morning. All items individually packed into boxes to prevent damage, so it took time opening 30 boxes but worth it. I find they are reasonably priced and have a good variation of products. Postage is fast and service is first class. Its not very often you can write a review like this in todays world. Don't change anything!

"Jelly Babies now taste awful."

The actual sale and delivery process was fine, the Jelly Babies were awful.
What has happened? We’ve been buying Pells Jelly Babies by the 2.5kg jar for a couple of years but these ones taste terrible. Horrible flavours, horrible texture, horrible colours. I’m sorry but we find them unedible.
Please explain what has happened to them.
