"Sale order to sell an 1 Oz 2018 Maple"

On August 15, 2024, I placed a sale order to sell a 2018 1oz Maple coin. However, when I visited the shop, the customer service officer informed me that the coin's condition was not optimal, and a $30 deduction would be applied to the buyback price. I disagreed with this deduction, noting that BullionStar would have bought it at a higher price than SilverBullion. I requested to cancel the sale due to the disagreement, but instead, SilverBullion's customer service completely canceled my account. Ultimately, I sold the Maple coin to BullionStar at their buyback price, which was higher. Overall, it was a disappointing experience with SilverBullion.
