We were looking to put a facility in place to help cash flow issues in the business.
We had looked at invoice financing as an perfect solution however due to the sector we work in (Design & Advertising) we wasted many hours filling in forms to be then told how it was not possible.
It was during this process that we also became aware of the team at Growth Street, we got in touch and have to say from day one they did everything possible to make it work.

As part of the process we also changed our accounts system to Xero from Sage to be better aligned. These simple changes and recommendations have really opened up our business to be so much more in control of our finances.

When we reviewed our borrowing requirements last year, Growth Street put together an intelligent, affordable package which was approved and available before one of the high street banks could arrange a first interview with us to discuss the subject.
Growth Street immediately understood that our business is seasonal and made sure that we had adequate funding for our 'pinch points'.
During the months when we do not need funding, we pay nothing; it's great to know, however that the full facility can be drawn down on the same day as requested. I cannot envisage a time when we would revert to the outdated, expensive and long drawn out process that the traditional lenders still seem to think is acceptable to modern companies.
