"Add On Skills is a go-to-place for all PgMP aspirants"

I have completed my PgMP certification last month. And I really want to thank Add on Skills for their great support. A few important things that I found from AddOnSkills to be very helpful are:
1. Application review - Kailash reviewed my application personally and suggested edits. Once the edits were done I submitted and within a week it was approved, I was overjoyed as it seemed to the most challenging part got over so smoothly
2. Course materials - there are enough mock tests and domain wise practice tests. Each question has detailed explanation of right and wrong answer, which is extremely helpful to clarify the concepts. There are podcasts and other helpful videos as well.
3. Exam preparation - Add On Skills formed a WhatsApp group for all PgMP aspirants. We shared our queries and were able to discuss with each other concepts for different questions. Mentors are also part of this group and they pitch in from time to time to make sure our concepts are rock solid. The group also helped to keep us motivated and stay focussed. It never felt I am alone in this certification journey
4. Its not about the certification only, rather it opens door to the Program Management world. Kailash and Sriram always focussed on PgM concepts and end-goal was not just to clear the exam. We discussed several real life scenarios across industries which helped to relate to situations at work.
5. Finally I must say that Kailash is extremely passionate about growing and contributing meaningfully to the PM community. Its not just a business, he looks beyond that. At a point I felt very low and Kailash took time to talk to me at length and motivated me so that I could continue with my preparations. I followed his suggestions and I started doing better in my mock tests which significantly improved my confidence before the real exam.
I must say PgMP is definitely challenging, needs a lot of investment wrt time+effort and determination. So I strongly recommend to all PgMP aspirants , Add On Skills should be your go-to-place to keep the certification journey effective and enjoyable too

Addon skills means Kailash Upadhyay and Kailash Upadhyay means Addon skills. I would say they are synonyms of each other😊. These two names have made my PgMP journey so smooth. At one time, it appeared next to impossible to crack the PgMP exam. But the moment I got in touch with Addon skills aka Kailash, things were totally different. Kailash’s command on the subject and his content delivery has been just impressive. Addon skills has a resourceful library which was very helpful in exam preparation. So I would highly recommend Addon Skills as the go to institute for all aspirants seeking any of the PMI certification.

I passed my PgMP exam using the Addon skills available resource.Was a bit worried when I attempted the mock and practice exams in the first attempt because I averaged 55 percent plus.After discussing with my mentor,Mr Kailash, he said it was a good score in the first try that the intention should be several attempt.On my second trial i averaged 82 percent. Then i knew i was getting ready to take the exams.
The mock exam is quite harder than the real exams so be confident that if you do well in it,you are getting ready to challenge the exams.
I will to add here that addon skill should in the future consider giving explanation to the answers in both the mock exams and the practice test.This will go a long way in making their materials the best in the industry.
Again,when comparing the mock exams with the real exams,the mock exams questions were rather lenghty than the real exams.If it is intentional for prep reason,it is very okay but note that you are doing a harder task.I finished the exams 45minutes earlier than the schedule time with 3AT,1T and BT in benefits management. Focus more on Program Life cycle management which is 44% of the total marks.i read that part over and over again.I am not surprise i got AT in it.There were lots of new questions in benefit sessions i was confused between two similar close answers sometimes.
Anyways do your best in going through the plan Mr Kailash will give you,you are rest assured you will do well.
