"A company who really cares"

I cannot rate this company, and especially Louise, highly enough. Unfortunately, we had a lot of trouble with the courier company, Evri, who took 4 days to deliver a casket for my deceased pet despite the fact we had paid for next day delivery. Louise went above and beyond to help, keeping in regular contact, and offered a very kind good will gesture to make up for all the inconvenience (even though none of this was her fault and was completely out of her control). My gratitude to Louise for her kindness and concern during a very difficult period is immense, and I would recommend her and the company to anyone. A personal company who truly does care about its customers. Thank you so much.

I had to call the company as I accidentally reveres the shipping and billing addresses. The proprietor was very helpful and helped out with this problem. She also contacted the funeral director on my behalf regarding the Larkspur Willow coffin I ordered. This is a very beautiful coffin.
