"I had to install a new boiler recently"

I had to install a new boiler recently. This was an emergency as the (very) old one stopped working in the property I am renting out. I was conscious to get this fixed immediately for my tenant and Soto Plumbing came out right away to fix it. I find them helpful, communicative, pro active and knowledgable. We are very happy to have finally found such a good and reliable boiler company and would highly recommend to anyone else.

I found their pricing very competitive .They came round on the time when they said and got on with the boiler change without any dramas .They cleaned up after them and the boiler has been great , the one that was recommended has been much better then the old one ever was .I would recommend this service to anyone .The other year I had problems with my old boiler and had a completely different experience .

Pablo and SOTO plumbing are a true treasure! They came and installed a new boiler for a reasonable price and no surprises. They were speedy, clean, friendly and all round good people who i completely trusted. When i had a problem with the thermostat Pablo came round that Sunday evening and sorted it straight away even though it wasn't an emergency at all. I fully recommend them and i'm so glad i have found them!

I am a very busy person so I don't have enough time to do my things or be at home, but had to get my boiler and heaters installed, Pablo gave me a date and time to do his work, but done it all before this period, I can say I am very happy and satisfied with him and his assistant work, they both done perfect and are very tidy, I will recommend for sure, they are very professional thanks to you both
