"Unreliable - Can't trust them - didn't book the tickets"

A week later after paying for our flights, I followed up, realising that I had never received any tickets.

This is the reply I got: "it seems that it did not work out to book the ticket with miles. We could not complete it."

I had to follow up myself to get this message. In the meantime, prices have skyrocketed on the airline's website.

Very unprofessional behaviour.

I would not recommend this company to others.

Great unbeatable business class fares that you dont find elsewhere. I like the costumer support. I had a specific request about seat and they responded promptly. I wont pay full price for buisness when I can fly for less.

I have been using this company for a number of years to secure my flights as they really do find the best prices. Ian Pavel has been the agent who has helped both me and my husband with our international travel which have at times proved complex. Ian is always thorough in identifying alternatives which are sometimes required. His communication and guidance are excellent and you really feel he is working for your best interests.

I recently returned from the UK and due to Ian's diligent searching, he saved me around $2000 on a flight which departed slightly earlier than hoped but very suitable.

I will continue to use FBFL as their service and prices are excellent together with the assurance that if any problems arise, they will be handled accordingly.
