The main customer assistant that dealt with my order was very sufficient and professional and helpful. Nothing was too much for him and when there was a problem with my account not allowing me to submit my order he resolved the issue for us no problem and the communication was great. The lady who double checked everything was as we wanted and our surname was spelt correctly was also great and helpful so I can't thank the overall customer service enough. Very pleasant and fantastic. I can't wait to see the finished booklets once done in person. The pens arrived today and they are perfect and as I wanted to add that personal little touch with the message I chose and be great for our wedding to entertain all of our guests at the wedding breakfast or evening reception. :)

The whole process of ordering the booklet, making them and receiving them were faultless. I really enjoyed the process of making the booklets and adding little special touches. I like how you have the answers in the back as well. They came within great time and I can’t stop looking through them.
