"On 9/11/2019"
On 9/11/2019, I was contacted by "Arcler Desk" by cell saying they are closing and the service I used a year ago for $700 on 7/11/2018 to solve my website problem had credit left and they want to return a portion to me. Long story short, they did scam $$$$ out of my bank account since they had detail information and was able to access my account remotely without my authorization.
Basically Arcler accessed my bank account and transferred $$$$ from a credit card that i have not being used for two years that has a line of credit to my active check account then claimed they made a mistake of the refund so I owe them the difference.
A police, FCC, FBI reports were filed but I doubt they can recover my lost. Never receive any warning from my bank. It was a clever scam and I contacted Arcler about this but never heard from them.
It has to be an inside job or someone got fired and took customer data. Be very careful folks. The foreign accent on the phone was very pronounced and consistent from Arcler in 2018 and 2019. Local Police said it is common for US company having foreign agents doing these kind of scams which the US have no jurisdiction.

I was contacted around 2 PM on September 11 2019. I was told that I would be receiving a refund from last year. I was asked about the balance in my savings account and the balance of my credit card. Why ask me these questions? I was going to tell them to send me the refund via check in the mail, but they hung up. I tried calling back a few times, but an automated message said that the representatives are busy.

Deepu singh, was very helpful. I was having a difficult time with my system kicking me out of my email or the page was just going blank. Deepu took the time and was very patient with me (as I do not have a lot of knowledge on how computers work). He should be recognized for taking his time as well explaining my options on how I can protect my system. He was not pushy on explaining what would be best as well advised me that I did not need to purchase a new computer but some upgrades would help and be less costly. I look forward to speaking with Deepu when I am able to afford those upgrades. I cannot at this time because I am on disability for medical reasons. Thank you again your company should be happy to have an employee who is willing to explain my questions and offer solutions.
