I really want to write this review because, in addition to being fully satisfied with my purchase—a beautiful pouf—I want to express my gratitude for the FANTASTIC customer care!

The courier initially assigned to deliver my package repeatedly failed to bring it. Kinga from customer care was incredibly helpful in providing instant updates about the delivery. Once the package finally arrived, the courier had damaged the pouf. Kinga immediately sent me a replacement, this time using UPS to ensure no further issues occurred.

As we all know, deliveries during the Christmas season are often unreliable. However, Kinga personally monitored the situation, ensuring the package arrived intact and on time.

In my opinion, the quality of a company and its product is defined not only by the product itself but, above all, by the service. For this reason, I give 100 stars to both the product and the amazing KINGA (she’s fantastic!!!).

Il prodotto da me acquistato è risultato conforme alla descrizione. Ottima fattura, inoltre la spedizione è stata velocissima. Consiglio assolutamente questo prodotto. Il titolare da cui ho ricevuto informazioni (da Catania) circa la spedizione, è persona cordiale, gentile e seria. Sicuramente tornerò ad acquistare da Ecopuf.
