Placed an order for pickup online. Printed the receipt and went to the store w/cash to pick up. Was kept waiting for 15 minutes w/ no other customers in the store. Then finally was told the order would be more than that sowing on my receipt to cover taxes. Good thing I brought enough extra cash to cover that. Bad attitude and deceptive pricing. Have purchased here many times over the years with good results. Not this time.

Multiple orders over a substantial time period with this company resulted each and EVERY TIME ending with lack of followup, lack of customer care and service resulting in a total deterioration of integrity. I can not imagine NOT following up on orders that were delayed or purposely just not communicating when shipments were not on time. WHAT? Seriously, this isn't all as each time I requested to at least have a followup call/email so I can be available to receive package in our condo (signature needed) the staff when called acted dismissive. One specific male staffer actually lied when I brought up that I asked him to contact me on tracking and package followup and he never did. I told him that I detailed that call and wrote down it was his name. Again, no "biggy" for them as they are more than happy to take your order just forget that courtesy to do any real consistent followup. Wow! Good news is we found an awesome new company that immediately emails, sends tracking and never has any delays at all. Several orders went through smoothly. What a find!
