The customer service was really outstanding.I would like to specially mentioned about Mr Shalvin Shajan who was very responsive and helpful in providing a great service for sorting out the seat allocations and web checking from India to UK. His service made it very easy and smooth process for travel.

We booked 4 tickets including an infant but the infant ticket wasn’t properly added to Mather’s ticket. We reached at the airport checking in counter before 3 hours of departure time. At the check in counter staff said baby can’t travel as they can’t see the ticket on their system. We contacted the agency and it took almost 2 hours to sort it out. There was only 15 minutes left for taking off the flight and one of the airline staff came to find us and we were running with an infant and a toddler. This was the worst experience we ever went through.
