"Very disappointed"
Very disappointed! In the past when I've ordered from here I have always been pleased with the service and product. However, after this week I am finished with these folks. I made an order, received shipping confirmation of the order from BC4U. Yet... it never arrived. After contacting them they claim the order was flagged for security and fraudulent reasons. However, I've proven that the money was taken out of my account from them... and I've proven they sent me shipping confirmation. With all of the evidence, they have refused to send my product and referred me to my bank. The bank has confirmed the funds were sent and received without incident and now I have to file a dispute against BC4U. So, frustrating and they have lost a customer! Very bad customer service!

"Very poor cust service"
Very poor cust service - Spent over £150 on one order, it was packed poorly in a box and sent via royal mail, the box was delivered ripped from top to bottom down one side and there were 2 items missing, as soon as the postman gave me the box I took pictures and sent them to the customers services email, it has taken them nearly a month to get to the point were they have responded that because the postman didn't log the fact that the box was damaged in transit, that they will not be resolving the fact that there are items missing and I am now out of pocket.
I have even tried calling there phone no only to be told that the number is just for new sales - ALL cust complaints and customer services are done online and to contact them in that manner.
Don't wast your time and money on this company, there are better sites and businesses online

shockingly poor customer service paid for 24 hour delivery on Tuesday morning still not even despatched when you phone the customer service skills are zero and there customer service skills and the way they speak to customers is shocking please save your money and spend it else were nothing but problems here avoid avoid avoid

"Let The Buyer Beware"
Ordered clothing from Bigclothes4u. Was dispatched to wrong address. They accused us of making a mistake. Would not listen when I told them I could demonstrate how their website got it wrong. We were eventually refunded minus cost of postage. Probably the worst customer experience I have ever had with ANY online business - suggested we go to a total stranger's house and ask for our clothing - response to a letter of complaint was that it "was noted" with no attempt to rectify the situation or even any expression of regret.

"really rude customer service"
when I ordered there was not mentioned anywhere visible that next day delivery service IF you order before 3 pm. Not fair that hide this information somewhere in their homepage. So, I ordered it on Thursday and my parcel was delivered just on Monday. It is not a next day service, it is a 4 days service.
not a polite company if don't need don't spend here your money. avoid the nervousness.
I paid £13.99 for the next day delivery for the nothing.

"Very poor returns service"
Very poor returns service, they claim 3-5 working days for refund and all the time chasing you for payment, had to contact them 3 times before I got any response at all.
They now say it will be completed in a few days, this would be after the original pay by date
I would advise you look elsewhere

I tried to buy, its another rip off with sites that don't work.
When you order the size is wrong it takes hours and then you have to return because the order is wrong.
What a pity.
Contact help takes days to come back and very rude when they do.
Poor which is a great pity.
Jacomo is the same though just send you any old stuff to get your money.
What a shame looked a good company too.
