Ordered sprint spikes which didn’t fit so needed to return them, made an enquiry if any more stock was due and had a reply straight away! Refund given within days. Great service even though we didn’t actually buy anything.

After having the same Hoka shoes for years, then them suddenly not suiting me, Charlotte managed to find an Asics shoe that was perfect. She was patient, let me try several different shoes and offered great advise. So grateful to find my perfect running shoe. I've even managed to increase my number of runs per week.
