Exceptional customer service. I ordered two dresses online from Love Lucy, and when they were processing the order they realised one was out of stock and the website hadn’t updated. They went above and beyond, called me to tell me and offered to choose a dress in similar style to send out also which I could return if needed. Got my delivery in 2 days!! Will be back to shop here again
