I've made a number of orders with Brampton, all of which have been sent perfectly packaged. No easy task with museum glass. On this occasion, I asked for the frames to be sent with no tabs or minimal tabs as I would be removing the glass as part of my process. I expected the frames to arrive with perhaps a couple of tabs each side for transport. Instead, the frames arrived completely bare, with the mount, back mount, and glass all wrapped separately in layers for each frame. Must have been a lot of extra work and certainly saved a lot of time for me at my end. Far exceeded the scope of my request and couldn't be happier with the product and service received.
