"BSG Zone Entry Signal Indicator"

Have tried BSG Zone Entry Signal Indicator for two weeks. Charts are very clean and easy to read. No conflicting indicators. One cannot go wrong if one just follows the system. I have tried lots of Software and Chat Rooms but this is by far the best and easiest to follow.

Don’t do business with these guys they don’t honor lifetime purchases since company was sold . Now they want you to purchase a subscription for indicator I already paid for..Greedy and not very good business practice.They lost a lot of future business by being greedy.

Shady as MF, bought life time indicators, then they shut them down on me, no email nothing said company got bought out. And I would have to pay for monthly or year subscription. Total bull CRAP they should honor their agreement. I wouldn’t put it past them that the rebuy was a way to get all of their life time meme er to start paying monthly for them. trash

Bought several lifetime indicators and the bot from Buyside Global. The company sold and the new owners will not support the indicators and bot unless you buy a monthly/yearly subscription from them for the same indicators. Such a bad business decision for possible purchases in the future. I will not recommend or do business with them again. Lost a customer for life.

I was introduced to BuySideGlobal through a very successful trader 4 years ago. I saw first hand the accuracy and simplicity of the system and indicators. I am a retired Registered Investment Advisor, that is a Full Time Trader for the past 7 years. I have tried many indicators and designed some over the years. I have used BuySide Global Indicators for several years and it is a package that I would not trade without. I highly recommend them. Most Trades worry about the entry. Being a TREND TRADER, BSG Levels, Pro Bars and Order Flow give outstanding targets and exits Signals that I use DAILY.

These indicators are excellent. I use the BSG Levels daily, and it does a remarkable job of identifying directional bias and targets (I primarily trade crude and gold futures). Trend Pulse and Trend Strength do very well at determining quality entry points, monitoring the ongoing strength of the move, and deciding on a high probability exit as the move weakens. As a group, the indicators complement each other very well...a solid and worthwhile set of tools to add to your arsenal!

Rarely do I write a review, but in this case, I believe it’s warranted to warn you NOT to do business with this company and recommend you take your hard earned money elsewhere. Am I their competitor writing a fake review to sway customers away to my own products? No. Am I a real disgruntled customer? Absolutely! Here is why...

In November 2020, I became a customer of BuySide Global (BSG) and until mid-2023 kept purchasing more of their indicators. I took advantage of their bundle deals, plus made single indicator purchases. All of the indicators I have purchased always came with a Lifetime license upon the purchase with no additional fees whatsoever. This was a clear understanding upfront prior to purchasing, and there was never a mention of renewal fee or an annual maintenance fee, or any other continuous fee. The initial purchase price was always a one-time total price, fully transparent upfront and was respected by BSG after the transaction and never in question. This fact was also 100% guaranteed in writing by BSG, and I have the actual conversation email chain with the executives back then to prove it.

In June 2023, all of a sudden all indicators just stopped working and I was prompted to contact the vendor. On June 26th, 2023, I spoke on the phone with Rob (I believe his real/full name is Prab Premkumar, the same guy who pitches BSG products through NinjaTrader Vendor spotlight, etc.) He told me that BSG is under a new ownership and they have terminated my product license to all previously purchased indicators, since the new owner is legally not obligated to honor previously bought licenses. And if I wanted to activate the license for my BSG indicators, I would have to pay an “annual maintenance fee”.

This is equivalent to you buying a car at any dealership today for a promised one-time purchase price, where later that dealership gets sold and the new owner then mandates that you now pay them an annual fee to continue driving your previously purchased vehicle, because they’re not legally obligated for previous owner’s transactions or agreements with their customers. Absolutely absurd! This is not how business is done, at least not in this country. “Not legally obligated” is very questionable. Again, going back to the car example, such business practice would not be condoned by any court of law. But for a moment let’s say it’s subjective and there is some kind of an exception to legality. What about ethical and moral obligation to the customers? Does this sound like an ethically correct action on the part of BSG to screw old customers who did business with previous ownership and had certain transactional guarantees in place and certain future expectations as a result? Where is integrity in that?

Rob told me they “extended the Licenses” temporarily after new ownership took over and time for that “extension” is up. Again, there should not even be a question of License expiration / extension for those who have paid for the Lifetime license. The Lifetime license, as the name clearly implies, should be permanent with no exceptions. And they should have easily understood this simple fact in principle and honored such contractual obligation to customers from the previous ownership, even if by some legal loophole the new ownership escaped from being obligated to do so. Again, this has to do with integrity or lack thereof.

I relayed my surprise and disappointment to Rob during that phone conversation, at which point we mutually agreed that my annual maintenance fee would be just $199 to keep the license going. Still wrong, but I was willing to swallow the low dollar amount of this fee he got down to just to keep my indicators going.

Well, barely just four months later on October 19th, the indicators stopped working again due to license issue. Keep in mind, I have paid the agreed-upon $199 for the entire year back in June, yet the license was caught off just four months later! Again, I spoke with Rob, and here's what he wrote:

>If you purchased the software before 2022, you licenses would have been terminated...< This is AFTER we had already spoke about these new ownership policies toward old customers AND AGREED on the phone to a low $199 annual license renewal fee for my account to all indicators I have previously purchased. So this guy has totally breached our agreement and went back on his word! Again I've spent time going back & forth with him, and as if he was doing me a favor, he agreed to extend the license for another 8 months making it the entire year, which I already paid for anyway!

The year is up as of June 2024, and he refused yet again to honor the $199/yr fee, instead asking me to buy expensive subscription.

FYI, the BSG indicators alone never gave me an edge! All things considering, do you still want to do business with BSG and risk?

"When I started day trading futures…"

When I started day trading futures about 2 years ago, I found the BSG group through a NinjaTrader webinar. I had very little understanding of how the Futures markets worked and what order flow was. I started using their indicators and very quickly the charts started to make much more sense. Two years later I'm a funded trader through a prop firm and have a much better feel for market movements. I attribute much of this to the BSG indicators, the support provided and of course some hard work.

I've had to use the support several times and Rob has always been very quick to respond and has always made sure that every concern or problem is resolved. I've had nothing but good experiences with BuySideGlobal. I'd recommend to anyone looking for solid order flow indicators.
